All Fonts and content on this Site are the exclusive intellectual property of Luminotype Studio.
When you purchase a Font, you are purchasing a non-exclusive license to use the Font software. You do not acquire any ownership rights in or to any products.
You are strictly prohibited from reselling, redistributing, sub-licensing, leasing, converting, duplicating, or modifying our Fonts or products, in whole or in part, for any reason without our express written permission.
The use of any Luminotype Studio trademark or logo without our express written consent is strictly prohibited.
All Font purchases are governed by an End User License Agreement (EULA). More details on your specific license rights will be included in the file(s) downloaded after purchase.
Modification: You may not open, edit, or modify the Font software itself.
Vector Outlines: Converting text to paths or outlines in vector programs (e.g., Adobe Illustrator) is permitted. However, you may not use these outlines to create a new, derivative, or modified font software for redistribution.
Redistribution: You cannot redistribute our Fonts. The copyright remains with Luminotype Fonts.
Naming: Editing and/or changing the font name is not permitted. This does not create an original font and does not negate the original license terms.
Derivative Works: Using font elements as the basis for a new font is not permitted.
We can provide special font designs, adaptations, and related licenses for all your needs. For more information about an extended or custom license, please contact us.
Copyright Notice: Respect for copyright is mandatory. The legal consequences of using non-licensed, pirated, or improperly adapted fonts can be very expensive and may result in the removal of all infringing copies. Illegally adapted fonts often contain serious technical and design errors.
Due to the digital and irrevocable nature of our products, once a product has been purchased by you, no right of cancellation or refund exists. All sales are final.
Any refunds shall be at our sole and absolute discretion. A request for a refund does not guarantee one will be provided.
You agree that under no circumstances whatsoever shall you initiate any chargebacks via your payment provider. You agree that any payments made by you for any of our products are final and may not be charged back.
